Major CPT Changes for 2021

The CPT will see its first major changes in more than 25 years with the release of the 2021 code set. Most of the changes relate to E/M office visit coding and documentation. Here's a brief, high-level overview of the changes going into effect on January 1, posted recently on the AMA website.
