Have You Heard? – May 13, 2015
As reported on the Healthcare Finance News website, Rep. Ted Poe (R-Texas) has introduced a bill to delay the conversion to ICD-10. The text of the bill, introduced on April 30, just surfaced this past Monday. Referred to as the “Cutting Costly Codes Act of 2015”, the bill has been referred to two Congressional committees. However, it is important to note that there is no guarantee that the bill will be heard in either committee.
